Luke Dowd, whose spray paintings of cut diamonds have already caught our attention in the past, has a new solo show at Rod Barton gallery, London.
Titled "America hurts me too", the artist's new body of work uses the same skillful methods of acrylic paint combined with screen-print, but the subject form has changed to less glamorous and more everyday objects. Examples of this are for instance paintings of tabletops from Dowd’s studio, such as the two shown above: Green (green tabletop) and Gold (gold tabletop).
The show runs until July 22, so don't miss it!
