we're great fans (& since couple of days also proud owners of 2 pieces :-)))) of cleon peterson's work & were excited to discover that the subversive creative spirit definitely runs in the family! for cleon's brother is no-one else than artist leigh ledare, known especially for series of photographic portraits of his mother, depicting her in positions that range from sweet & formal to pretty hardcore - proof above! leigh ledare is also an author of "pretend you're actually alive" (published in 2008). he recently exhibited @ pilar corrias & his work was also included in greater new york 2010.
