on the occasion of the celebration of the 40th anniversary of the caldic collection, kunsthal rotterdam presents a survey exhibition entitled ‘i promise to love you'. a selection of over eighty paintings, photographs, installations and sculptures that have all been purchased over the last ten years, incl. works by ai weiwei, yayoi kusama, james turrell, sam taylor-wood, robert zandvliet and others are being shown. so if u're still in state to absorb more art after the rotterdam art fair, this might as well be a good completion of the day. if not, trendbeheer - present @ the opening night - has pretty much summed up the experience for u :-).
