Our second pick from Art Amsterdam couldn’t be anybody else than the Trendbeheer gang. Same as last year, their project for the fair, titled “For the Love of Money”, was a “work in progress”, created from within the environment, and using the environment, rather than a static showcase of pieces. Concretely: every time an artwork got sold somewhere on the fair, Trendbeheer set out to photograph the famous red dot accompanying that piece and consequently printed, framed and hanged that photo in their booth. Starting with an empty space (admittedly, it had also something, the bare walls with all the screws;-)) and finishing with nicely filled one, the sales must have been good this year. Either that, or they also included their own sold Red Sticker pieces. In any case, sticker nr 13 goes to HFA collection – For the Love of Trendbeheer!
