art ambassador in berlin - was asked by
berlinaire to curate a show that investigates the connections between ghent and berlin. two cities with a rich (art) history and a strong actual (pop)-culture. the show,
when the circus leaves town, the result of this quest, is showing works by
matt mullican,
olaf heine,
johan tahon,
michaël borremans and
himself. as trans-disciplinartity is the overall idea behind the berlinaire, the rest of the program blends in art from
s.m.a.k.,
music (e.g the dj's from the famous berlin
bar 25) and
video.
