Scott Blake is an interesting personage in todays art world. He pushes the borders of art and consumerism, calling himself an "artist + prankster + entrepreneur". In the popular press he is best knows for his bar-code art applied on the rich and the famous, resulting in FHM calling him "a bar-code Picasso". More recent, Scott created a self portrait out of images of xtc pills, taking the images from dancesafe.org, an organization promoting safety within the rave community.
